Special Needs Housing

Available in the Fox Valley

You may list your special needs housing that is available by emailing the FCHC website coordinator. In your email, please attach your housing description in a word document and include specifics such as address, rent, number of bedrooms, utilities included, unit amenities, what makes the unit accessible, and contact information. Once your information is received, it will be posted on this page for 30 days. There is no cost assessed.

Roommate Search:

Female roommate wanted to live in with special needs adult. Newly constructed twin condo, located on East side of Appleton, Wisconsin. Near schools, shopping, and restaurants. Totally handicap assessable, large rooms, cable and attached garage.

Primary caregivers, parents/guardians live within 7 minutes and backup support caregiver lives in adjoining condo.

A highly functional special needs adult will be considered. This person would need to be compatible with the female (40 years old) adult that is in a wheelchair and nonverbal. Rent is negotiable.
