The By Laws define dues, voting, duties of officers, quorum, the nominating committee, parliamentary order, making ammendments, dissolution, and other things related to membership. The COC model displays a logical linkage between providers of housing and housing-related services. Its purpose is to assist homeless people, and those at risk, in the process from the emergency shelter through transitional housing to affordable long-term housing. The Trends and Gaps Presentation demonstrates how the national economic status affects the Fox Cities.The Gaps Analysis Comparisons show how many people are served/turned away over time.
